Terms of Use

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of socialbrand.io, operated by Social Brand. By browsing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the conditions described below.

1. Acceptance of the terms

Accessing the website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this document. If you do not agree with any condition, we recommend that you not use the website. The terms apply to all visitors, with no registration required.

2. About Social Brand and the website

socialbrand.io is the institutional website of Social Brand, a corporate communications agency headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Its purpose is to present the company, its solutions, its methodology, its content (Insights and Cases), and its contact channels.

The website does not sell products online or offer transactional services. Social Brand's services are engaged through specific proposals and contracts, negotiated directly between the parties.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

  • Breach or attempt to breach security mechanisms, or access areas and systems not intended for the public.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to collect data from the website or overload its infrastructure.
  • Submit, through the forms, content that is unlawful, offensive, false, or that violates third-party rights.
  • Reproduce the website or parts of it to create a competing service or to mislead third parties as to its origin.

4. Intellectual property

All website content — texts, articles, trademarks, logos, layout, images, illustrations, and code — belongs to Social Brand or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and industrial property law (Law No. 9,279/1996).

Quoting excerpts is permitted with attribution and a link to the original page. Full reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the content requires Social Brand's prior, express authorization.

5. Informational content

The articles published under Insights and the Cases are informational in nature and reflect Social Brand's analyses and opinions at the time of publication. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind or a guarantee of results. Decisions made on the basis of this content are the sole responsibility of those who make them.

6. Forms and communications

By submitting the website's forms (contact, newsletter, or open application), you declare that the information provided is true and that you are authorized to provide it. Sending a message does not create a contractual relationship, an obligation to respond within a given timeframe, or any other binding relationship with Social Brand. The processing of submitted data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The website contains links to third-party websites and services, such as social networks and sharing tools. These environments have their own terms and policies, and Social Brand is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Availability and liability

Social Brand makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available, secure, and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law — and without prejudice to rights that cannot be waived in consumer relations — Social Brand is not liable for damages arising from website unavailability, acts of God, force majeure, or misuse of the website by third parties.

9. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy, drafted in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). We recommend reading both documents together.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time to reflect changes to the website, our services, or the law. The current version will always be published on this page, with the update date indicated at the top. Continued use of the website after changes are published implies agreement with the new version.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

The courts of the Judicial District of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, are elected to settle disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the user's place of residence in the cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Code.

12. Contact
